‘The Negotiator’ – Tom Hanks’ new impressive role

After a series of impressive roles over the past two decades, at the age of 60, Tom Hanks continues to reinvent himself in the film set during the Cold War in America – Bridge of Spies – by famous director Steven Spielberg.

In the new movie, Tom Hanks plays a real American lawyer – James B. Donovan.

However, American lawyers act according to their conscience and defend their clients with all their might.

A scene that marks Tom Hanks’ performance in the movie.

With a somewhat restrained acting style, Tom Hanks shows viewers the image of a somewhat shabby lawyer over 50 years old, with a slow demeanor but a sharp mind and concise arguments.

Bridge of Spies was written by the Coen brothers based on true characters and stories in America in the 1960s. The film revisits the Cold War era with a thorny look, promoting the basic moral values of the people.

Nearly two and a half hours long, Bridge of Spies is a historical and psychological story that tests the viewer’s patience.

The most beautiful scenes of the film are in the second half, depicting the harsh winter in Berlin (Germany) with bridges and streets covered in white snow, making viewers clearly feel the shivering cold that the character experiences.
