Regarding the information that Ho Chi Minh City has set the price for renting anti-flood pumps on Nguyen Huu Canh Street at more than 14 billion per year, VnExpress readers have had many mixed opinions.

Nguyen Huu Canh Street was only flooded for a short distance of about 500m to 800m.

This price is not cheap.

Why not divide it into 50 small pumping stations with medium-sized pumps. I believe installation and operating costs will be cheaper and if there is damage to one station, the other stations will still operate well.
